About the Role

We are looking for a proven sales professional to lead our North Asia Sales team. As Country Manager/Head of Sales, you will be accountable for the functional sell of SimCorp products and services offers to new clients in the region. You will work closely with the marketing function and be responsible for leadership, direction, and mentorship of the sales and presales teams on specific deals.

The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of various financial markets, including trading, analytics, settlement, performance measurement, risk management, fund administration, and accounting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically and tactically, and balance people, selling, and relationship development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve new and additional license revenue targets across Asia
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders of funds in APAC
- Lead the lifecycle of the sales process
