Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

"The Plaza Premium Group is seeking a highly experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full recruitment life cycle across all levels of hiring for North Asia markets. As a key member of the HR team, you will ensure smooth candidate experience from pre-employment to onboarding.
About the Role
"In this role, you will work closely with country HR or Talent Acquisition teams to understand and support their local hiring needs, ensuring alignment with country-specific labor market trends and business requirements. You will collaborate with line managers and business leaders in each country to understand job requirements and adjust recruitment strategies to match local business needs.
Key Responsibilities
"* Lead regional recruitment databases, ensuring accurate data management, documentation, and analysis for continuous improvements in the recruitment process;
* Monitor regional recruitment status, providing timely advice and support to ensure quality and timely hires for all positions across North Asia;
* Develop and implement regional Employer Branding and Sourcing strategies, including exploring social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) and partnerships with regional universities to drive internship programs and talent pipelines;
* Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local employment laws and practices, and collaborate with country HR teams to ensure compliance across all North Asia locations;
* Act as a regional HR business partner between HQ HR and Country HR, providing consultation and guidance on talent acquisition issues and challenges;
* Compile reports on regional recruitment status, turnover rates, and exit interviews, and provide timely insights to the regional HR team;
Requirements
"* Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
* Minimum 6 - 10 years of relevant supervisory experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional role covering North Asia or APAC markets;
* Experience in working closely with country HR or TA teams to support country-specific hiring needs;
* Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred;
