As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to support our expansion across the APAC region.
Role Overview:This role combines strategic support and independent sales execution, offering the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership while closing your own deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the region.
Support senior sales executives in managing strategic accounts, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales initiatives across APAC.
Drive new business by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for your own set of opportunities.
Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that align Flagright's solutions with client needs.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and senior sales team to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
Conduct thorough market research, stay informed on competitive landscapes, and provide actionable feedback to enhance Flagright's offerings.
Exceed sales targets, contributing to Flagright's ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue in the next two years.
Adapt innovative sales strategies to evolving market conditions and client needs in APAC's diverse regulatory landscape.
Your Profile:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the SaaS or fintech sector, with a proven track record of success.
Knowledge of financial services, particularly compliance, AML, and risk management, with familiarity with APAC regulations being a plus.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing both strategic support and independent deal closures.
A passion for capitalism and a love for driving business growth.
Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to showcase ROI and value to clients.
Innovative and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for tech and business growth.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
A collaborative team player with a high degree of self-motivation and drive.
Open to travel and comfortable navigating diverse cultural and business environments across APAC.
Must be based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate.
