Your key responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and Employer Branding

  • Ensuring a positive and efficient candidate journey throughout the hiring process, from attraction to selection, while keeping candidates engaged;
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle by identifying and selecting candidates with the appropriate skills and competencies;
  • Managing the employer branding platforms, including the Authority Careers site and LinkedIn career page;
  • Assisting in the development and execution of human resources initiatives, such as job fairs, career expos, and HR awards.

HR Policies and Governance

  • Supporting the establishment and review of HR policies and guidelines, along with various projects related to organizational design and governance;
  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and mitigate risks;
  • Staying informed about regulatory changes and contemporary HR trends to provide compliance recommendations and adopt best practices;
  • Collaborating with relevant departments for the creation and dissemination of new and updated HR policies;
  • Performing additional duties as directed by the Authority.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Have approximately 8 years of relevant HR experience in sizable organizations;
  • Possess solid experience as an HR Generalist, particularly in recruitment, employer branding, compensation and benefits, and policy development;
  • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure;
  • Be capable of working independently and navigating effectively in a dynamic and complex environment;
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms, and Acrobat;
  • Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
