Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at QEELIN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources strategy, procedures, policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive business results.
  • Develop and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or luxury organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and developing business cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
