Role Overview:
The Human Resources Analyst/Associate position is designed to assist the Regional HR Business Partners in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across various HR strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with leading practices in managing, developing, and optimizing human capital.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing tactical support for HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement assessments, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Assisting in the extraction and organization of data for diverse initiatives, including workforce management, diversity and inclusion efforts, and talent development strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Global Talent Development team to design and implement effective talent development programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and labor regulations across multiple regions including Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, China, and Korea.
  • Managing global mobility cases to facilitate employee transfers and relocations.
  • Overseeing the integration process for new hires, including conducting check-ins and developing onboarding plans.
  • Project managing or providing support for various ad hoc projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
