Job Title: Human Resources Officer

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and talent management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support hiring managers and the talent acquisition team in resourcing activities, exploring new recruitment channels, conducting market research and benchmarking, preparing salary proposals, handling offer and negotiations;
  • Upkeep accurate employment records and assist in compiling HR-related statistics and reports;
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures;
  • Support the execution of human resources initiatives, including job fairs, career expos, and HR awards;
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR operational effectiveness and enrichment of employees' experience;
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and undertake any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
Requirements:
  • Possess a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines;
  • Have around 3 years of all-rounded HR generalist experience, preferably with sizable organizations;
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations;
  • Be a good team player who is detail-minded, flexible, proactive, and has a positive attitude;
  • Possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Be proficient in MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Form, and Acrobat);
  • Possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
