Responsibilities in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate journey throughout the recruitment cycle, from attraction to selection, while keeping candidates engaged;
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process by identifying and selecting candidates with the appropriate skills and competencies, making informed hiring decisions;
  • Manage the administration of employer branding platforms, including the Authority Careers site and LinkedIn career page;
  • Assist in the development and execution of human resources initiatives, such as job fairs, career expos, and HR awards.

HR Policies and Governance Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the establishment and review of HR policies and guidelines, along with various projects related to organizational design, transformation, governance, and quality assurance;
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and addressing any hidden risks or compliance issues;
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements, contemporary HR trends, and best practices to provide compliance recommendations and adopt effective practices;
  • Collaborate with relevant divisions and departments to develop and issue new and updated HR policies and guidelines;
  • Perform any additional duties as reasonably directed by the Authority.

Candidate Profile

  • A recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Approximately 8 years of relevant HR experience in sizable organizations;
  • Strong background as an HR Generalist, particularly in recruitment, employer branding, compensation and benefits, and policy development;
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms, and Acrobat;
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
