Job Title: Assistant Organization Development Manager

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Organization Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of annual HR plans and performance metrics for various teams, and track progress and completion rates.
  • Design and implement management development programs, including talent evaluation, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain job position lists and optimize job management systems to meet business needs.
  • Establish and optimize recognition and reward systems, including honorific policies, employee growth scorecards, and quarterly employee recognition programs.
  • As a global policy management team, develop, update, and publish global HR policies, and assist in developing localized implementation guidelines for sales units.
  • Ensure departmental compliance management, including updating policies, key position integrity control, compliance work plans, and progress tracking.
  • Manage workflow, including workflow optimization, process refinement, and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR/OD experience in a large organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Humble, strong customer focus, results-driven, and willing to take ownership.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
  • Active team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer positions.
