Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR function in all aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and talent development.
  • Manage HR-related procurement, payment, and contract review processes.
  • Coordinate internal staff events, training sessions, and activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping of HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large organization.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Contract Details:

  • The position is a renewable 2-year fixed-term contract, subject to performance and operational needs.
  • After 2 years, the position will convert to an open-ended contract, pending satisfactory performance and business requirements.
