The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization by driving talent acquisition, HR policies, and governance.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

We are looking for a skilled professional who can create a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes attracting and selecting the right candidates with the right set of skills and competencies, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Develop and execute effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent;
  • Manage the recruitment process from attraction to selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates;
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives, including attraction, selection, employment branding, engagement, and more;

HR Policies and Governance

We are seeking a professional who can support and contribute to the development and review of HR policies and guidelines, as well as a wide range of projects and programs related to organization design, transformation, governance, and quality assurance.

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in HR trends and best practices, providing recommendations for compliance and adoption;
  • Partner with relevant divisions and departments to develop and issue new and updated HR policies and guidelines;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognized university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent, with around 8 years of relevant experience in HR from sizable organizations. You should also have solid experience as an HR Generalist, particularly in recruitment, employer branding, compensation and benefits, and HR policy and guidelines setting. Additionally, you should possess strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and navigate comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and complex environment.
