About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our Business Development team for the AIA-Citi Partnership & Strategic Banks. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact and help people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments.
  • Meeting predetermined business goals for AFYC, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and other important metrics for designated branches/district.
  • Leading the sales momentum across sales staff and branches, delivering tailored support to boost sales performance.
  • Cultivating and fostering positive relationships and rapport with banks' district managers, branch managers, and all frontline staff.
  • Developing good relationships with bank staff to achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Communicating all marketing and sales programs to bank's frontline staff and ensuring their awareness and participation.
  • Providing support on operations and application processing, and answering inquiries from the bank's frontline staff.
  • Conducting pre-sales preparation for upcoming appointments.
  • Offering appointment calling skill training through call supervising findings.
  • Providing ongoing training to bank's frontline staff, including product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations and processes.
  • Completing compliance duties in accordance with regulatory standards and our company's Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy, and MCV Guidelines.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of insurance sales experience, preferably with bank's frontline experience.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and training bank's sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
  • Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.
  • Good spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Acquiring relevant licenses if your job involves regulated activities.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you believe in inspiring a better future, we encourage you to apply.
