What is Your Mission?As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels. You will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Your goal will be to ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field. Preferably, the candidate will have 2 years of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
