Reservation Service Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Service Officer to join our team at Ocean Park. As a key member of our Discovery & Education Department, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and bookings of education programmes & projects for the park.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and bookings of education programmes & projects
- Assist in setting up and testing the booking system
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Provide operational support to the Discovery & Education Department
Requirements
- Vocational Certificate or above education qualifications in Tourism, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years work experience in customer service, reservation or administration
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy in MS Office, knowledge in systems and database is an added advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is a plus
