Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing all guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all guest check-ins and check-outs, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Answer and record all guest calls, messages, and requests.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports, identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.

  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
