Shangri-La is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Officer to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of HKD 35,000 - 50,000 per month.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have:
- A Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or airline operations.
- Excellent self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
