We're seeking a seasoned Front Office Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at Ovolo Central. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations.


The Role:



  • Lead a small team to achieve excellence in guest service and hotel operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and amenities
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, with a strong background in hospitality
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
