Lead Front Office Team

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team at Shangri-La. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership and communication skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Front Office, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel or related industry.
  • They should be proficient in Opera System and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong problem-solving ability, excellent leadership skills, and effective communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required to interact with guests, colleagues, and management in a professional manner.

Job Description:

This role involves leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Front Office experience with supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Opera System and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
