The Role

The Agency Administration Manager will oversee a dedicated team responsible for providing comprehensive support in agency contracting, licensing, and compensation-related administrative functions. This position requires the development and execution of efficient workflows and procedures to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will also engage in initiatives aimed at service enhancement and various special projects to facilitate agency operations and adapt to new regulatory mandates. Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector, particularly in agency administration and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure timely and precise agency administration concerning contracting, licensing, benefits, payments, and office management, while supporting budgeting and vendor oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to both regulatory and internal compliance standards, including but not limited to AML, FATCA, CRS, and Privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for agency personnel related to administrative services.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational standards and efficiency as assigned.
