Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at ALL-STAR AGENCY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading branch renovation projects from planning to completion, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation
    • Oversee the tendering process, vendor selection, and contract negotiations to ensure value for money and adherence to project timelines.
  • Project Coordination and Monitoring
    • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and design teams to ensure high-quality execution of renovation works.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and potential risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing branch renovation projects, preferably within the banking, finance, or insurance industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of making decisions under pressure.
