Job Description

Vita Green Health Product Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various product commercialization projects, ensuring efficient coordination and timely execution of all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Commercial teams.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Task Management: Manage ad-hoc tasks and requests during the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize project management processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Science, Supply Chain & Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 years+ of experience in the manufacturing industry, with demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior title.
  • Skills: Familiarity with product development and commercialization processes, proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in project management tools and methodologies, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines, adaptable to change and open to continuous improvement.
