Qualifications

  • A degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector, ideally in agency administration and operations.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including AML, FATCA, CRS, and Privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions related to agency administration services.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and standards as required.
