Qualifications
- A degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector, ideally in agency administration and operations.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team to ensure timely and precise administration of agency functions, including contracting, licensing, benefits, and payment processes, while supporting budgeting and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including AML, FATCA, CRS, and Privacy regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions related to agency administration services.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and standards as required.
