Job Opportunity

The Manager will lead a team to provide agency contracting, licensing, compensation-related administrative and operational support to our agents. S/he has to develop and implement workflows and procedures to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. S/he will also need to participate in service improvement initiatives as well as various ad-hoc projects to support agency and implementation of new regulatory requirements. Besides, s/he has to work closely with the field force and the internal counterparties to ensure the smooth operations of all courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide timely and accurate agency administration of contracting, licensing, benefits, payment, office administration services, and to support budgeting and vendor management.
  • Comply with both regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including but not limited to AML, FATCA, CRS, Privacy.
  • Deliver regular agency training related to agency administration services.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational standards and efficiency as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 8 years relevant work experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in agency administration and operations.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skill and customer focus.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
