Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector, particularly in agency administration and operations.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure timely and precise agency administration regarding contracting, licensing, benefits, payments, and office management, while supporting budgeting and vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with both regulatory and internal standards, including AML, FATCA, CRS, and Privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for agents related to agency administration services.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and standards as assigned.
