Retail Distribution – Branch Network

HSBC's Retail Distribution emphasizes personal wealth management and financial services. Our comprehensive wealth management initiatives cater to both affluent and mass integrated account clients. With a vast network of branches and automated banking centers, including specialized centers for high-end clientele, we serve a significant portion of the adult population while offering a diverse range of products to our esteemed customers.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our branch network as Branch Manager B3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage a B3 branch to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience and promote customer migration to alternative service channels.
  • Ensure strict adherence to global standards; operate with the highest integrity to meet all regulatory requirements and ensure frontline employees engage customers effectively.
  • Responsible for minimizing risks and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Achieve results by collaborating with the entire branch team, local market, and broader community.
  • Actively participate as part of the wider area/regional leadership team.
  • Execute the branch plan, including lead/sales prospect management and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field, or other relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP.
  • Candidates with less academic qualifications but relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Successful completion of the HKSI licensing examinations.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in banking, with a focus on promoting various wealth management products.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • High self-motivation and drive to succeed, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and managing complex interactions effectively.
  • Demonstrated situational awareness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to inspire others to achieve their goals in various situations.
