Technical Support Specialist for Power Systems

This position is dedicated to supporting calibration and repair operations, as well as managing demonstration units within the Asia region. The role is based in our service center.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely diagnostics, calibration, and repairs for all products across various service centers; travel may be necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of services and calibration data, providing reports or certificates to clients as needed.
  • Administer calibration methodologies and protocols.
  • Oversee reference calibration equipment.
  • Manage inventories, including demo unit oversight, and assist with packing, shipments, and customer inspections.
  • Coordinate the availability of demonstration equipment for events, training sessions, recruitment, or rental purposes.
  • Ensure the condition and completeness of demonstration equipment.
  • Maintain laboratory environmental conditions and storage areas.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts, boards, and small accessories.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to both clients and team members.

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in the electrical or power industry; experience in repair work is advantageous.
  • Possession of a 'Green Card' (safety training certificate).
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to organize work independently.
  • Exhibit a precise, reliable, and autonomous working style.
  • A passion for technology that aligns with your professional role.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% travel required).

Education

  • A higher diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
