**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support for our desktops and servers in our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and configuring server hardware and desktop environments, as well as a strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide all-rounded IT support for desktops and servers in the Hong Kong office, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Manage Linux servers in the office and in Hong Kong data centers, ensuring seamless infrastructure support.
  • Collaborate with overseas technical teams to ensure that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Record technical procedures and user guides for future internal use, ensuring that our knowledge base is up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and implement industry best practices for system maintenance and security.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in IT support, particularly with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in managing and configuring server hardware and desktop environments.
  • Strong understanding of PC and server hardware operations and troubleshooting.
  • Keen interest in acquiring new skills and applying them to enhance corporate procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and self-drive in executing tasks independently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Network, Linux) would be a plus.
