Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Hong Kong Cyberport Management, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and partners, ensuring seamless integration of our application platform. Your key duties will include:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients and partners to resolve issues and optimize platform usage.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth integration instructions and best practices for the application platform.
  • Serving as a technical liaison between the company and clients/partners to facilitate system integration and ongoing technical support.
  • Acting as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes, and contributing to platform feedback and issue resolution.
  • Advising clients on best implementation practices and addressing specific client issues.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A higher diploma or university degree in IT, Computer Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support.
  • Fresh graduates and those with less experience will also be considered.
  • Relevant IT support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
  • Familiarity with web-based service APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, and RESTful API.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply it to business solutions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems and excellent customer handling skills.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin is an advantage.

This is a 1-year temporary contract position.
