Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to internal users on a range of software applications, including desktop software, Mac, PC, MS Windows, O365, Office, and Outlook.
- Install and configure computer systems and software, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, stakeholders, and other support teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT service delivery.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams and collaborate with external vendors to resolve problems.
- Develop and implement IT guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality technical support.
- Manage server infrastructure and other resources to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in end-user support, with a strong background in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with Mac support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
