Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via live chat, email, and phone
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and workarounds to resolve recurring issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Support sales and business development teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Contribute to the development of technical articles and documentation to enhance customer experience
  • Advise clients on product features and functionality to meet their business needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive issue resolution and communication

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with strong communication skills
  • Additional languages (Japanese, Korean, Thai, and German) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding or experience with REST API
  • Positive problem-solving attitude and hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
