Our Hospitality Interior Design studio, CHIL, specializes in hotels and multi-family residential design with representation in major cities worldwide.

We believe in the power of design to elevate people's lives and are committed to delivering environments that exceed our clients' expectations.

The Senior Client Development Manager will work closely with studio Principals to develop and execute the overall business strategy of the studio, focusing on Interior Design, Architecture, and Landscape service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build business relationships with local Tier 1 architect clients and international businesses, including leading design partners within Mainland China.
  • Coordinate marketing materials production (brochures, presentations, proposals) with the B+H marketing team.
  • Report to Studio Principals in Hong Kong and Principal in Charge of projects.
  • Lead bi-weekly BD meetings and report on progress opportunities and client contacts to the Marketing team and Principals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in client development activities and driving proposals in a professional services design firm.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive influence skills, with the ability to navigate and negotiate different personalities and competing priorities.
  • Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
