As a Part Time Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions;
- Meeting the financial services needs of customers by identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues;
- Ensuring smooth branch operation and achieving satisfactory audit ratings by meeting all control and service requirements;
- Ensuring compliance of both general and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies.
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service;
- Self-motivation and adaptability to a service environment;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- An eagerness to learn with a positive attitude;
- A strong sense of ownership;
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin an advantage;
- A Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent qualification.
