About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Phone Banking team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer calls and delivering high-quality services to our Prestige & Preferred banking customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions and provide timely resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Explore cross-selling opportunities and provide pro-active solutions to meet customer needs.
- Act as a helper for new joiners to familiarize them with the Bank's operations and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and share best practices with colleagues to enhance service quality.
- Work closely with internal counterparts to ensure compliance with Bank requirements and regulatory standards.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail banking or phone banking, preferably with exposure to call center operations and life insurance products.
- Shift duty on weekends and public holidays may be required.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
