As a Customer Service Professional at Prudential, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact.
Job Responsibilities- Process customer enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns
- Support leaders with training and guidance for new staff
- Communicate with different departments to enhance operation efficiency
- Handle customer dissatisfaction and provide solutions
- Form 7 or above with LOMA 280 & 290 preferred
- PASSED IIQE Paper I, III & V
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations
- CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND RESULT ORIENTED
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000 - $70,000 based on industry standards and location.
