About the Role

As a Customer Service Professional at Prudential, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process customer enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on insurance products and services
  • Respond to customer feedback and concerns
  • Support leaders with training and guidance for new staff
  • Communicate with different departments to enhance operation efficiency
  • Handle customer dissatisfaction and provide solutions
Requirements
  • Form 7 or above with LOMA 280 & 290 preferred
  • PASSED IIQE Paper I, III & V
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work with diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations
  • CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND RESULT ORIENTED
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000 - $70,000 based on industry standards and location.
