About the Role
As a Sales Development Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities proactively to achieve sales targets. This will involve visiting pre-selected corporations, conducting roadshows at guided locations, and working with bank branches to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
- Assist customers in completing credit card applications and advise on required documents.
- Explain credit card features and other banking products/services to potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient end-to-end application processes.
- Conduct sales activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a secondary education qualification or equivalent, minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably with sales or customer service experience. You should also possess strong communication skills, good awareness of compliance and company guidelines, and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
