Job Responsibilities
  • Educate and promote the company's products and services to potential customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and applications, providing accurate and timely information to prospects
  • Proactively follow up on leads to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports and time sheets to track sales activities effectively
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the sales team and overall business objectives
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • With 1 year or more experience in telesales or a similar sales role is highly preferred
  • Possesses a pleasant telephone manner and demonstrates strong sales and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Mature, pro-active and customer-oriented
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
