We are seeking a goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Expert. This role offers opportunities for career growth and progression into key leadership positions within our organization.

  • As the primary point of contact in the Sales team, you will support Account Managers across all deliverables, including onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
  • You will extract Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports, conduct market research, and provide valuable insights to drive new business development and existing account expansion.
  • Key responsibilities include generating leads, building a strong pipeline of clientele, and supporting our Consultant Experience team in organizing quarterly/monthly virtual and in-person events.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or a related field. Excellent command of English and Cantonese is required, with Mandarin being a bonus.

Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office applications is essential. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
