Workstation Sales and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Workstations team in Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market and be able to develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with sales, marketing, and operation teams to drive business growth.
- Identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Working closely with our Workstation Specialized Partner (WSP) team to identify and develop new selling opportunities.
- Providing accurate forecasts and coordinating with the Sales Team to strategize lead and sales opportunity qualification.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of direct B2B selling experience.
- Understanding of the dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment (M&E) Industry, and distribution business.
- Experience in business development, especially commercial products, and established network and connections in similar industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation skills to CXO level.
- Candidate must have extensive experience selling in the Hong Kong market.
- Team player, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
