Key Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers with sales deliverables and assist with onboarding logistics and contract renewals.
- Extract Salesforce data to develop dashboards and sales reports, driving business insights and decision-making.
- Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to support Sales teams in new business development and existing account expansion.
- Generate leads to build a strong pipeline of clientele and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management/Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
