About the Role
We're seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our team at Pirata Group. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, complaints, and guest enquiries in a prompt, efficient, and polite manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Manage Guests' Needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support the Floor Team in managing tables efficiently to optimize covers and turns
- Ensure Company Standards are met during service
- Set Up the Reception Desk before shifts
- Answer Calls for booking and event enquiries
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Host in a highly regarded restaurant
- A positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- A sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
