Reporting to the Director of Financial Services Analytics for JAPAC and MEA, your role will involve assisting our Sales and Account Management teams in the Asia-Pacific Region by articulating the value proposition of our product suite, particularly within our Risk & Finance offerings, which encompass Data Management, Balance Sheet Management, Profitability Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Accounting, and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with Sales and Solutions teams to steer the product roadmap in alignment with clients' risk and finance requirements.

· Engage with the business development team to comprehend customer needs.

· Conduct workshops for current and prospective clients showcasing our diverse solutions.

· Prepare RFIs/RFPs to a high standard.

· Lead and implement Proof of Concept initiatives.

· Provide product demonstrations and conduct workshops focusing on Finance Modernization, Data Management, Statutory Reporting, and MIS Reporting.

· Partner with sales teams by participating in roadshows, conferences, and industry seminars.

· Offer subject matter expertise to both internal and external clients in the domains of Finance, Accounting, and Finance Modernization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

We seek an exceptional Pre-Sales Consultant with the following qualifications:

· Outstanding communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

· Experience engaging with C-level executives.

· Strong technical background and understanding.

· A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales within a similar sector.

· Familiarity with financial software is highly advantageous.

· Comprehensive understanding of Cloud deployment models, including PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS.

· Proficient in SQL/PL SQL programming.

· Expertise in areas such as IFRS 9, Accounting, Planning and Budgeting, IFRS, and Statutory Reporting.

· Previous experience in a similar role within the finance sector is a plus.

What You Will Bring:

A top-tier financial services professional with proven capabilities, ideally holding an MBA and possessing substantial domain knowledge.

· Extensive pre-sales experience in a technology firm within financial services (banking or insurance) or in an auditing or consulting environment.

· In-depth knowledge of financial services risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, ALM, FTP, IFRS 17, etc.).

· Understanding of core banking processes and best practices.

· Willingness to spend significant time meeting clients face-to-face across the Asia-Pacific region.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to large groups, including CIOs/CTOs and their teams.

· A consultative selling approach.

· Appreciation for technology and the ability to connect with customer needs.

· Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

· Independent problem-solving abilities.

· Ownership of solution design.

· Ability to thrive in an undefined environment.

· Proficiency in English; additional language skills are encouraged.
