Job Summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Reward Consultant to join our Talent Solutions team in the Financial Services sector. As a Senior Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for managing reward products, delivering complex data-led reward projects, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reward products in the financial services domain, including compensation and benefits survey production, data analysis, and insight generation.
  • Deliver complex, data-led reward projects independently, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, and project profitability.
  • Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in an industry sector and contribute to the development of junior colleagues.
  • Own and build strong client relationships to drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop client solutions.
  • Contribute to enforcing a positive, productive, and engaged Aon culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of work experience in large financial institutions and/or professional firms.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
  • Naturally curious about data. Excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
