About the Role

The Professional Services team at SHL plays a pivotal role in delivering customer solutions through consulting and product-led interventions, driving sustainable growth in the SHL business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients in talent management and acquisition strategies, leveraging SHL solutions, assessments, talent analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate client relationships through presales and delivery with clients in various regions.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to contribute expert advice and shape talent solutions addressing client needs.
  • Engage senior leaders of client organizations to set the context for pivotal talent-related projects, presenting key deliverables impacting talent strategies and decisions.
  • Design, deliver, and project manage talent consulting projects, including job analysis, competency modeling, HIPO identification, succession planning, executive assessment, talent analytics, talent development, assessment/development centers, and bespoke assessment solution design.
  • Deliver in-depth behavioral and psychological insights about talents in client organizations, based on psychometrics assessments and/or face-to-face techniques such as interviewing and behavioral simulations.
  • Provide SHL development interventions in client organizations to inspire behavioral changes at both individual and group levels, impacting business results.
  • Analyze talent data and apply data visualization techniques to generate impactful presentations and reports supporting clients' talent decision-making and planning.
  • Provide enablement training to clients on the use of SHL psychometrics and behavioral assessment techniques/best practices.
  • Offer peer coaching and guidance to internal junior team members.
About You

Suitable candidates have 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management through consultancy or relevant HR positions. They possess a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources, demonstrating strong passion for designing and delivering talent solutions. In-depth talent assessment and consulting experience at the executive level are advantageous. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.
