Job Summary

FIS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practice Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements, and future business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and enhance practice offerings to support business objectives, strategic development roadmaps, and client business needs.
  • Design, enhance, and implement practice offerings to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.
  • Consult with sales, account management, and clients on the appropriate practice offerings to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.
  • Consult with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.
  • Serve as pre-sales support specialist as needed with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support assigned practice areas.
  • Nurture relationships, define consulting engagements to support relationship needs, and sell the initiative.
  • Maintain quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
  • Identify business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
  • Ensure practice provides industry thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop resources to grow practice knowledge among services organization.
  • Research and resolve critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical and business domain expertise.
  • Work directly with clients and may travel to client sites.

Requirements

  • Project management and consulting background for large complex multiple projects industry practices.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Experience of treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services is preferred.
  • Upper stakeholder management.
  • Sales support experience.
  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues.
  • Adaptable and able to show good performance in fast-paced, changing business environments.
  • Strives for continuous improvement.
  • Honest, ethical, and consistent in word and deed.
