Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to design practice solutions that align with client needs, business requirements, and future growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities


• Define, maintain, and enhance practice offerings to support business objectives and strategic development roadmaps.


• Design, improve, and implement practice offerings tailored to specific client requirements and market opportunities.


• Collaborate with sales, account management, and clients to determine the most suitable practice offerings for their strategic business needs.


• Advise clients on critical technology projects within your practice area.


• Act as a pre-sales support specialist when necessary, assisting sales and account management in creating and closing sales opportunities, which may involve developing proposals, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, development, sales, and senior management, to define and support your assigned practice area.


• Cultivate relationships, define consulting engagements to meet relationship needs, and promote initiatives.


• Maintain high-quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to secure referrals and achieve outstanding client satisfaction and loyalty.


• Identify opportunities for business process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.


• Ensure that the practice provides industry thought leadership.


• Mentor and develop resources to enhance practice knowledge within the services organization.


• Research and resolve critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner.


• Provide technical and business domain expertise.


• Engage directly with clients and may require travel to client sites.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications


• Background in project management and consulting for large, complex projects within industry practices


• Strong business acumen


• Preferred experience in treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporations and/or banking and financial services


• Upper-level stakeholder management


• Experience in sales support

• Negotiation skills for complex issues

• Adaptable and able to perform well in fast-paced, changing business environments

• Commitment to continuous improvement

• Honest, ethical, and consistent in actions and words
