Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Solution Development
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business solutions to meet customer requirements, including proposal writing, presentation, and Proof-of-Concept.
  • Propose technical solutions and oversee the selection of technologies and resources required to develop the proposed solution.
Technical Expertise
  • Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solutions exist.
  • Provide technical consultancy services to customers, including pre-sales and delivery.
  • Develop a high level of knowledge for products under focused competencies and provide complete solutions.
Partnership Development
  • Identify, build, and manage partnerships with product vendors to strengthen product capabilities and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Risk Management
  • Identify architecture and implementation risk, perform risk tracking, and activate mitigation measures if necessary.
Requirements
  1. University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  2. At least 5-7 years of relevant experience with substantial project work in network/system/infrastructure related design and good knowledge of architectural principles.
  3. Knowledgeable in UNIX, Linux, MS Windows, SAN, Storage, Virtualization, and Networking is essential.
  4. Preferably solid experience in Huawei products and holder of certificates such as HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, HCS.
  5. Experienced in bidding for medium to large projects in the government sector is preferable.
  6. Keep abreast of the latest developments in technology.
  7. Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers is essential.
  8. Preferable with medium size project implementation experience in the government sector.
  9. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
  10. Holder of ITIL or PMP certification is preferable.
