We are a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Hong Kong.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to manage a growing team of PS consultants in a fast-scaling environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based and software as a service implementations, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with our front-office and back-office teams, as well as our channel partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing team of PS consultants in a fast-scaling environment
  • Lead new Asite customer implementation
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations
  • Ensure that a plan is in place for each engagement for deployment, change management, and adoption programs
  • Clear communication of implementation status, issues, risks, and effort
  • Establish and oversee the customer's initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during initial rollout
  • Manage and lead the PS team in handling client issues
  • Understand customer use cases and requirements and apply Asite best practices
  • Organize and lead training sessions
  • Liaise with various departments to meet client requirements
  • Create documentation for external and internal use
  • Identify sales leads from current clients
  • Organize product/app releases client-side
  • Scope solutions and deliver functional documentation to the Professional Services Manager

Business Development

  • Work closely with our Sales leads in the region to grow existing customer revenue and develop new business relationships
  • Provide presentations to prospective clients
  • Identify business development and 'add-on' sales opportunities
  • Direct the PS team in preparation of proposals, including completing project scoping

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a consultant within the IT/technology space
  • Ability to manage and direct overall project implementation from a process and systems perspective
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding client relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to results
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Background in AEC industry is an advantage but not a must
  • Commercial Acumen and the ability to innovate in business situations
  • Willing to travel according to project needs
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
