About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading detailed analysis to guide decision-making processes and support end-solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead detailed analysis to guide decision-making processes and support end-solutions for clients.
  • Produce solutions to complex problems, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and the ability to think independently and communicate concisely.
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences across insurance transformation.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to support business growth and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.
About You
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA) being ideal.
  • Have at least 6+ years of experience in Project Management/Business Analysis in the life/non-life insurance domain, technology consulting, or industry roles with exposure to project work.
  • Have project experience in core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial/technical accounting, or operational process improvements.
  • Demonstrate project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies between business and technology in a client's organization.
  • Exhibit strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically, and conceptualize solutions.
  • Display impeccable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organization.
