Job Title: Practice Manager

Join FIS as a Practice Manager and take on a multifaceted role that combines leadership, strategy, and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a consulting team, developing business strategies, and driving results for our Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and manage a high-performing consulting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with FIS channel partners, including sales, relationship management, product management, and business unit management.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage the profit and loss of the consulting practice, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction and loyalty through effective engagement management and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Practice Managers to optimize resource allocation and drive business results.
  • Attract and retain top talent to meet business needs and drive growth.
  • Provide direct sales support throughout the sales cycle, including proposal development, pricing negotiation, and project planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience, preferably in financial services consulting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level management, peers, and clients.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.
  • Project management, productivity, planning, and workload management skills.
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Adaptable and dependable in fast-paced, changing business environments.
