Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Financial Markets, Private Banking, Asset & Wealth Management business unit. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in projects with leading banks and financial institutions, leveraging your expertise in financial markets, private banking, and wealth management.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2-5 consultants to deliver high-quality projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of client projects, developing impactful solutions through data analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Transform data into meaningful insights and solutions, driving business growth and client success.
- Ensure a hands-on approach to growing the office, focusing on high-standard client delivery, content development, and business development.
- Work closely with a diverse and international team, leveraging our global network to drive cross-selling initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Share consulting best practices with the team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to actively seek responsibilities and deliver high-quality work, with a willingness to collaborate efficiently with people at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high-level knowledge of macroeconomy and regulatory environment in Asia.
- Strong knowledge in products and market architecture related to private banking, commercial and investment banking, wealth management, or asset servicing.
- Proven strong Project Management experience, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive business decisions.
- Ability to mitigate, deter, and escalate risks and issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience as a management consultant for banks and/or middle and back offices.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in performance improvement projects, such as outsourcing, collateral management, investment accounting, custody, post-trade processing, and related topics.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
